At Yes Mister, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable shopping experience. Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it. Cancellation requests made after 24 hours will not be accepted, except in special or unavoidable circumstances such as national holidays, and will be subject to the sole discretion of Yes Mister.

We do not accept returns under normal conditions. However, in exceptional cases where a product is damaged during transit or an incorrect item is delivered, customers can request a return by sending an email along with clear photographs of the product to yesmisterofficial@gmail.com. All such requests will be reviewed by our team, and once approved, the customer will be notified via email. Upon approval, we will offer either a replacement (exchange) or a refund, depending on the situation.
